- Ensure that the meeting site is ready with all the necessary materials, audio visual equipment set-up and registration materials
- Oversee that the guest speakers and attendees needs are met before, during and after your event
- Manage food and beverage selection set up to your specified criteria
- Make any adjustments to your meeting schedule, food and beverage, breaks and other planned events that are to take place during your event
- We will be your meeting liaison for the location staff, meeting attendees as well as the company contact
- We will coordinate and oversee any delivery of materials from the facility as directed by the company contact
- We ensure that all attendees and participants have an enjoyable experience while not having to worry about those 'little things' that may arise - and they ALWAYS arise at the most inconvenient time
